The terms “you”, “your”, “user”, “visitor” refer to any natural or legal person visiting our website and/or purchasing from us.

Nature of Services
SD Edutech operates as an EdTech platform providing digital education, training programs, and membership-based learning services. All services are delivered digitally and are non-tangible in nature.
Payments, Installments & Internal Ledger
Course or membership fees may be payable on a monthly or installment basis, as communicated at the time of enrollment.
- Users may pay the applicable service fee directly via the payment gateway for a given period.
- Users may also choose to make advance payments, which are recorded in an internal customer ledger for installment adjustment and service continuity.
- Advance payments are adjusted against upcoming service fees and are not withdrawable.
- The internal ledger is non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and cannot be used outside the SD Edutech platform.
- The internal ledger does not represent stored monetary value, a wallet, or a prepaid payment instrument.
Service Continuation & Access
Access to courses and membership benefits continues as long as applicable service fees are settled. Failure to pay scheduled fees may result in temporary suspension or restriction of access until dues are cleared.
Refunds & Cancellations
Payments made towards digital education services are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed only to the original payment source, as per payment gateway policies.
Governing Law
Any dispute arising out of your use of this website or purchase from us is subject to the laws of India.
Payment Authorization
We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from payment authorization declines due to preset limits agreed between us and our acquiring bank.
