This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 15 days of placing the order.
However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed by the service provider or the product/service has already been made available to you. In such an event, cancellation may not be possible.
S D EDUTECH does not accept cancellation requests for time-bound or perishable services. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the service provided is not good.
In case of receipt of defective, incorrect, or incomplete services or materials, please report it to our customer service team. The request will be entertained once the issue has been checked and verified at our end. This should be reported within 15 days of receiving the service or material.
In case you feel that the product or service received is not as shown on the site or not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team within 15 days of receiving the service. After reviewing your complaint, the customer service team will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products or services that come with a warranty or guarantee from a third-party provider, please refer the issue to them directly.
In case any refund is approved by S D EDUTECH, it will take 15 days for the refund to be processed to you.
