Cancellation & Refund Policy

SD Edutech believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
- SD Edutech does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund or replacement can be provided if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not good.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will be processed only after the merchant verifies and confirms the issue. This must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
- If you believe that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision.
- For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, customers are requested to contact the respective manufacturer directly regarding complaints or service claims.
- In case a refund is approved by SD Edutech, the refund processing time will be Not Applicable for the end customer (as per business-specific policy).
